Nobody enters the world as an advanced yogi — we all first learn the basics of the yoga lifestyle somewhere. When we Breathe the Cure, there is absolutely no judgment, as each and every certified instructor understands that students must follow their own paths to yoga mastery. This spirit of calming and acceptance makes our local yoga studio an ideal setting for nervous beginners. We will guide you through the postures, breathing techniques, and meditations that are a part of each yoga class. You can do as much or as little during one of our classes are you feel comfortable doing.

In the same vein, our method of “martial asana” serves as an excellent tool for anyone who has already experienced the great benefits of yoga, and hope to take their abilities to the next level to strengthen the roots and foundation of a personal practice. Jenny is a 500 hour+ certified instructor who makes a point of tailoring classes to participants, ensuring that everyone is challenged enough to keep things interesting without discouragement. If you are an experienced yogi, or ready to take your practice to the next level, we are happy to take you on as a new client and help you on your journey to deepen your yoga practice.

  1. Jenny, Where do you have yoga classes besides on San Felipe location. I am confused because it shows as if you do a few classes on Sundays, and at Rice you do 2 classes. Do you no longer have a fix location? How do I know which class to take–beginners? I live around Rice Village. Please advice.
